FETCO® Price Adjustments Due to U.S. Import Tariffs

Dear Valued Business Partners,

In today’s uncertain economic climate, transparent communication is more important than ever. Like many companies across various industries, FETCO® is experiencing significant pressure from newly implemented U.S. import tariffs. While we proudly manufacture our products in Lake Zurich, IL, many of the components, raw materials, and select finished goods are sourced from trusted partners around the world. We have been proactively working with our current suppliers, engaging with additional suppliers in markets with lower tariffs, streamlining supply chain logistics and internalizing some of the rising costs where possible.

In order to uphold our commitment to delivering the high-quality products and services you rely on, FETCO® will be implementing a necessary price adjustment across our product portfolio - including equipment, dispensers, accessories, and parts. These changes are designed to reflect the varying cost impacts within each category, largely driven by tariff-related pressures. On average, you can expect price increases ranging from 0% to 9.5%, depending on the product category and associated cost factors.  All parts pricing will be impacted with a 10% price increase.

Additionally, products with a higher concentration of components sourced from China - such as Thermal Servers and Airpots - will be more significantly impacted by the tariffs.

The new Pricing will officially take effect on Monday, June 2, 2025.

For your convenience, all standard-volume orders placed by the end of day Friday, May 30, 2025, through FETCO® Customer Service for immediate shipment, will be honored at current pricing.
